Alpine Automotive Group, a family-owned network of four dealerships across Colorado, partnered with its PR agency to complete a companywide rebrand and messaging platform designed to clarify its identity and long-term vision. The next step was translating it internally to employees and new hires, but their in-house HR team was stretched thin.
Working in collaboration with the PR agency, I led strategy sessions and developed a comprehensive employee engagement and orientation program aligned with the new brand. Deliverables included orientation and training videos, new hire presentations, facilitator scripts, session templates, a peer buddy program, an employee awards program and additional engagement tools.
Today, Alpine uses these turnkey resources to clearly communicate expectations, reinforce culture, and build trust across the organization from day one, making it easier for employees to connect, contribute and grow.

Client: Vizient, Inc.

Vizient, a national healthcare performance company, was launching a new supply chain analytic tool. In addition to promoting it externally, they wanted to showcase the offering to employees in a creative way. The majority of Vizient’s thousands of employees had limited or no purview into the new tool and its capabilities up to that point.
I planned a mini launch event at the company's headquarters with the agency team, and sourced local vendors to create custom popsicles revealing the product's name. The popsicles were a hit, with many employees trying all the flavors. The event publicly recognized the data science team responsible for the tool’s creation and presented some highlights of the new capabilities.
Beyond employee engagement, it was also a great opportunity for Vizient to educate other internal teams, enabling them to cross-sell and speak intelligibly about the new tool.

Client: Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken

Bonchon, a global Korean fried chicken brand, engaged CossmanPR to develop an executive visibility strategy for its leadership team and extend the brand’s thought leadership. Working closely with CEO Suzie Tsai, we identified her unique voice, expertise and areas where she could speak as an industry thought leader.
We guided Suzie through a growing cadence of media interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, award submissions and LinkedIn content strategy, helping her build a strong and authentic presence.
As Suzie’s visibility increased, she became recognized as an industry leader, creating new opportunities to share Bonchon’s brand story, company milestones and successes, and expanding the brand’s audience across key channels.
